Dr Sean Jenkins, Head of the School of Design & Applied Arts, expressed his delight at the exhibition of work by Surface Pattern Design students produced for the first of several projects in collaboration with Eley Kishimoto.

He said: “We are exceptionally lucky to have the opportunity to collaborate with Eley Kishimoto through our esteemed Professor of Practice, Mark Eley. Mark, who is one of our notable alumni, has an international reputation for surface pattern design and has been working with our lecturing team here to inspire our students to aim high with their creative ambitions through his continued engagement with UWTSD Swansea College of Art. There is a lot more to come from this exciting collaboration so everyone should continue to ‘watch this space’.”
